Just to Clarify

Ok,
So I've been getting a few entries to the music contest this week and they all are songs performed and recorded by bands that are famous (like Sum 41 and Linkin Park). Just to clarify, the contest is for you and/or your band to create an original piece of work to roll with the credits at the end of the season. Also, let me know (in the comments section or by email) if you've got an entry coming to me this week or maybe an entry coming late. I'm eagar to hear them all.

Music Contest

Just a reminder:

One week left in the music contest. Get your entries into me by the 28th of November. Email the song, send me a link, whatever, just get them to me. I may be a little relaxed on the 28th too, seeing that the final episode obviously won't release for a little while. Just get those entries into me ASAP.

ps- Xbox is all fixed now, I got it back yesterday. Filming shall resume.

The Good News

This is a good way to start out a Friday; it was in my email this morning:

"We are happy to share with you that your service request is completed and your Xbox console is now ready for return shipment. "

Filming will resume once my XBOX has returned!

Some Pretty Cool Stuff

So if you are currently drying your tears from our last entry about the Red Ring of Death, then you'll want to check these guys out to cheer you up. The Duo Group is an extremely talent group (consists of 3 guys, a 3 man duo?) who produce trailers, short films, and other various products. I'm sure some of you already have seen their trailer for Without Providence. If you haven't, it'll sure make you smile at it's awesomeness. Peruse their site and also check out their new short using Gears of War, Last Breath.

Tale of Woe

So I've got some bad news.  Last night while playing on my XBOX 360, the game started freezing.  I turned it off, and then after a bit turned it on.  All seemed to be okay.  I started to play again and after a bit, the game froze again.  I thought it might be the game so I shut it off and then turned it on again and tried to eject the game.  The game ejected fine but the box froze on the 360 logo when you first turn it on.  After a few more failed attempts, I got the dreaded...RING OF DEATH!!!  

I've made the proper arrangements for Microsoft to fix it (or just send me one that works).  But the sad part is I will be without a 360 for about 3 weeks.  Maybe I can consider myself lucky that it's taken this long for my XBOX to get the R.O.D. (I got it a couple month after it's release).  So with that said, the filming and editing side of production for the next episode is put on hold until a working XBOX comes back.  We will continue polishing the script and have all dialog recorded so we are ready to go by the time it's back.  You may now shower me with your pity.
